Massage


Apply massage in the following order - from lower parts of the body upwards: calves, backside of the thighs, buttocks, back (without the spinal column), upper arms, shoulders. Then proceed with the fore of the thighs, abdomen, bust. Each part of the body is massaged for few minutes making reciprocal motions in turn from down upwards. Apply pressure when your hands move upwards and when going down just slip alongside. Afterwards make circular motions changing the direction of the massage. Pay attention to concentration and find out the spots where more continuous massaging is necessary. After several procedures your fingers will acquire further confidence to handle this. After a while they will bring the pleasant feeling of sensing the changing forms of the body.

When shall we expect any results?
Provided that you combine several methods, the initial visible results will appear within 7-10 days. Fattening is still something strictly individual and some time is necessary to pass before the organism could adjust itself and 'switch' to another mode.
